Thanks to everyone at The Brewer’s Plate

March 11th, 2008
We had a great time at the independent Visitor's Center this past Sunday, and would like to thank Chris Trogner for making the great Hop Back Amber that paired nicely with the Confit Guinea Hen.  Please keep an eye for our next Beer Dinner, which is being planned for this Spring.  Also,  look for new additions to the menu.

Treat yourself to something different at Salt & Pepper. Conveniently located in Bella Vista on the corner of 6th and Fitzwater, our quaint, cozy restaurant features a delicious Sunday brunch as well as nightly dinners from a seasonal menu. Our American cuisine ranges from French toast to filet mignon and you can watch it all being made through our open kitchen. We also offer a private party area, with room for up to 26 people, which is great for birthdays, tasting menu parties, and engagements. At Salt & Pepper, our motto is, "Simple, Fresher, Better" and we strive to ensure this in every meal.
