Hello Everybody!

Salt & Pepper’s new menu has finally been posted!!!!!!!!! Soup of the Day will be coming next week to keep everyone warm during this holiday season. Also S & P is closed for Turkey Day(Gobble Gobble), but we’ll be back on Black Friday!

P.S. The new Desserts are AWESOME!

Welcome Sylla

Salt & Pepper is pleased to announce that Lassine Sylla, is moonlighting in the kitchen!

Trained at The French School, Abidjan Ivory-Coast, Sylla has cheffed in several French restaurants including Tangerine, Blue Angel, Nan and most recently at Cafe Fresko.

We are happy to welcome him and his palate to Salt and Pepper this Summer!

We had a great time at the independent Visitor’s Center this past Sunday, and would like to thank Chris Trogner for making the great Hop Back Amber that paired nicely with the Confit Guinea Hen. Please keep an eye for our next Beer Dinner, which is being planned for this Spring. Also, look for new additions to the menu.
