We had a great time at the independent Visitor’s Center this past Sunday, and would like to thank Chris Trogner for making the great Hop Back Amber that paired nicely with the Confit Guinea Hen.  Please keep an eye for our next Beer Dinner, which is being planned for this Spring.  Also,  look for new additions to the menu.
